hello! I currently got a blue sbowball (black ICE) for my windows ten desktop! it worked just fine for a month, and in the middle of a discord call, it stopped picking up audio.
I have tried the following...
troubleshooting it.
updating drivers.
checking in privacy.
and a few other things.
Im using windows ten pro, 64 bit.
I have tried ad much, and red multiple articles on it, to no avail, didnt fix it... Any suggestions?

I had the same issue and what worked for me was going to devices and printers remoiving the blue snowball and unplugging and plugging it back in, windows than gave me the message that it is installing the device. Another thing might be that it could be pluged into a usb 3.0 and im pretty sure the snowball only works with usb 2.0

Did you test it on another computer? Contact support for the company to have them check it and maybe replace it?
